Selvola.com is a public product portfolio with no user accounts, advertising, behavioral analytics, or data-broker relationships. Each product publishes a separate policy for its own data behavior.

Selvola is an independent product studio operated by Erkan Bircan in Türkiye. This policy covers selvola.com and general Selvola correspondence. GridPilot's app and product-site policy is at gridpilot.selvola.com/privacy.
INFORMATION PRACTICES
What the portfolio website processes.
Hosting and edge-security providers process an IP address, browser and device details, request time, requested page, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis where required is Selvola's legitimate interest in a reliable and secure service. Direct correspondence processes the name, email, message, and attachments you choose to send so the request can be answered.
Selvola does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Infrastructure may set strictly necessary security cookies, including Cloudflare's encrypted __cf_bm. Selvola does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, conduct targeted advertising, or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
RETENTION AND TRANSFERS
Defined periods and limited providers.
- Website operational logs available to Selvola: no more than 30 days.
- General correspondence: up to 24 months after closure, unless a dispute, security investigation, or law requires longer.
- Accounting, tax, and legal records: the period mandated by applicable law.
Hosting, security, and email providers may process data in the United States, Europe, or other operating locations. Where European transfer rules apply, an applicable mechanism such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards is used.
YOUR RIGHTS
One request path, regardless of location.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of information Selvola controls. Applicable U.S. state law may also provide an authorized-agent process and appeal. In the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may request restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, withdraw consent where used, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Selvola aims to answer verified requests within 30 days and does not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
CHILDREN AND SECURITY

Selvola.com is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Selvola uses data minimization, HTTPS, restricted provider access, and edge security. Material policy changes will appear here with a new effective date.
